1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Signal Smith Labs and The Anvil indicator ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Signal Smith Labs provides The Anvil, a subscription-based technical analysis indicator for TradingView. The Anvil is a decision-support tool that identifies trading setups, patterns, and market conditions. It is not automated trading software and does not provide financial advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to The Anvil. You must also have an active paid TradingView account (Essential plan or higher) to use the indicator.

4. Account and Subscription

To use The Anvil, you must create an account, provide payment information, and submit your TradingView username. We offer two subscription plans:

• Monthly: £49.00 per month, billed monthly
• Annual: £449.00 per year, billed annually

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Signal Smith Labs to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in GBP (British Pounds). You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining valid payment details.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to The Anvil will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

7. TradingView Access

The Anvil is distributed via TradingView's invite-only mechanism. After you subscribe and provide your TradingView username, access is typically granted within a few hours but may take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email notification once access is granted.

8. Licence and Restrictions

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use The Anvil for your own trading analysis. You may not:

• Share your TradingView access with others or allow others to use your account.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of The Anvil.
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell access to The Anvil.
• Use The Anvil for any unlawful purpose or in violation of TradingView's Terms of Service.
• Capture, record, or publish screenshots, recordings, or descriptions of The Anvil's internal logic or methodology in any public forum without prior written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, trademarks, and intellectual property related to Signal Smith Labs and The Anvil are the exclusive property of Signal Smith Labs. "Signal Smith," "The Anvil," and "Forge Your Edge" are trademarks of Signal Smith Labs. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that The Anvil will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your expectations or trading goals.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal Smith Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of The Anvil, including but not limited to trading losses. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. No Financial Advice

The Anvil is a technical analysis tool only. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All trading decisions are your sole responsibility. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

13. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of The Anvil at any time with reasonable notice. We will communicate material changes via email or dashboard notifications.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to The Anvil if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that harms Signal Smith Labs or other users.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
